Today, November 10th. Is my 20th birthday!! Instead of buying myself gifts or asking to receiving them, I’ve decided to give to those who have given to me throughout these 20 years. The materialistic things in life are nice, but kind words, actions, and love go a whole lot further. So I will be pouring my heart out to 10 people. These ten people are the most influential and inspirational people in my life thus far. They aren’t the only influences but they are in fact the most influential to date. I will show my thanks and gratitude to all ten people. One person for each day of the month leading up to my birthday. With that being said, here it goes.
1.mommy,
I love you sooooooo so so so much! Words cannot express how much I am thankful to have such a beautiful and kind hearted individual as a mother. I thank you for showing me what a woman should be. I thank you for showing me what I should and shouldn’t do as a woman. I thank you for always being there for me day and night. I thank you for putting up with my stubborn ass all these years and for those to come. :) I thank you for providing me with everything I needed on a daily basis. Thank you for always having me in your best interests. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for being the best mother a child could ever ask for. Thank you for teaching me everything you know. Thank you for guiding me when I did not know the way. Thank you for showing me trust and honesty. Thank you for never giving up. Thank you for always believing in me and pushing me to work harder for what I wanted. The light to my night, the calm to my storm, the queen of my world, highlight of my life. Thank you mommy. I love you.

2. Grandma,
I wanna thank you for everything I thanked mommy for. I wanna thank you for letting me do what mommy wouldn’t let me Lol. Thank you for always being there. Thank you for being a support system. Thank you for always loving and cherishing me. I want to thank you for being the greatest grandmother to ever grace the planet. Thank you for showing me strength and courage. thank you for letting me know that things are never greener on the other side its the way you plant the seeds and water the grass. Thank you for always protecting me. Thank you for everything! I love you mom mom.

3. Meosha-big cousin
I want to thank you for being the first one to show me that dreams really do come true. I want to thank you for showing me that as long as you work hard at it and you go for it, you can make it reality. I want to thank you for always being there for me. Even when we spend years apart and we are years apart in age, everything seems to pick back up where it left off. Everything is always the same with you. Thank you for being consistent and staying true to not only me but to yourself and everyone around you. Thank you Meosha I love you.

Man oh man where do I start?! Aunt Wanda I want to thank you for being one of the many women who has shown me strength. For always being there for not only me but my mom mom and my mommy. Thank you for being the sweet

I want to thank you for always making sure I was okay. Thank you for always being there. Thank you for always getting me out of trouble lol. I want to thank you for being one of the few men in my life who actually did what he was supposed to do as a man. Thank you for giving me a great example of what a real man is and does. Thank you for everything from beginning to end. Thank you for being the greatest grandfather in the world. I love you pop pop

I want to thank you for being one of the most influential men in my life. Thank you for being what he wasn’t. Thank you for being where he wasn’t. Thank you for seeing what he couldn’t. Thank you for doing what he didn’t. Thank you for coming where he wouldn’t. Thank you for being the true definition of a daddy. And yeah you get on my nerves sometimes lol but i love you Robert. Dude!! Thank you for being one of the many people I could run to (musically) to escape the troubles of a troubled teen. Thank you for being such a humanitarian. Thank you for sharing your life with us humans. Thank you for all of the music, the quotes, dances, concerts, tours, DVDs, albums, movies, interviews, pictures, and kind words. Thank you for being someone who was truly down to support making the world a better place. Thank you for being consistent. Thank you for never being afraid to speak your mind. Thank you for defending yourself. Thank you for communicating with us wether it being through your song or word. Thank you for giving back to the WORLD! Thank you for being the GREATEST. For those of you who inspire me daily that didn’t end up on this list and those of you who did,THANK YOU ALL for EVERYTHING!! I know i don’t say this everyday or too often but i appreciate every last person who has played a part in my life, good or bad, because they’ve all taught me something. I don’t take any of you for granted and the things that you do don’t go unnoticed.
